RETURN POLICIES
It is very important to us at Jaz's Pet Emporium that you
are completely satisfied with our products, but due to the nature of our
products, any product that has been used, wrong sized due to mismeasurement by
customer, or in the case of food products opened, can not be returned. If you
are not happy for any reason, as long as the product is unused and in its
original resalable condition with original packaging or if you have any
questions whatsover, regarding returns please email us at:

No customized items are returnable under any circumstances.
We will honor a limited 30 day warranty
against defects in materials and workmanship on all the products that we sell.
However we cannot accept returns for damaged products that have been used such
as collars, leashes, clothing, etc. when we have no way to determine the cause
of the damage. In these cases, we will try to work with our customers on
replacing the item if it was determined that damage was not due to misuse by
our customers.
The customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs on any
unwanted item. Mandatory 15% restocking charge and return freight on exchanges
and returns may apply, depending on manufacturer.
